The homepage also includes links to special offers and half price sales, it also leads to customer services or information pages about the website. If any point you wish to return to the homepage you can do so by clicking on the link that says "home" at the top of the page.
Searching For Products
There are two ways of finding the products you are looking for they are:
Browse
You can browse for our products from our online catalogue by choosing one of the main products catagories, to do this go to the homepage, you will see a navigation bar on the left and at the top of the page. When you click on these link buttons, it will lead you to the page of the items that you need, want or to look at. Whenever you select the links, you will be shown a list of catagories of the pages you are looking for.
For example, the homepage and navigation bar will show a list of menus at the top and left page of the site. For example, when you click on necklaces, it will take you directly to the main page that will display or show images of the necklaces and their prices.
Search
You can also search for the items you are looking for from our search area, to search, you can type in the name, or brand name, to find the products . You can also use the catalogue number to find the item.
Returns & Refunds
We at SM's Jewellery try our best to make sure the items you recieve are not damaged or make sure all the items are in the box. When you come and collect your items from our store, make sure you ask a member of staff that you would like to check items and they will let you, make sure you look at everything carefully before you buy them and if you feel nothing is wrong with the items then you may buy them.
Some items do come as damaged when buying them. Make sure you bring in the item with your reciept and ask for exchanging them.
Some of the things we sell are 15 days money back guarantee. You can just return to them at any store near you, the items should be unused in their normal undamaged packaging, in the correct condition , with the reciepit and you may get your refund back

> If you don't manage to have your receipt, we will just need to see a proof of buying the items, then we can exchange the items and give you your refund back.
> If you want to return an item that we have delivered to you and you did not like them, then you may call us on 0208 456 3212. One of our staff members will come and collect it for you for free within 15 days. The order number that was sent to you, will be countable as your recipet
> Most items like earrings and rings cannot be exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons as long as they are faulty, then we may change them for you.

Placing an Order
When placing an order, you need to give us your address, email, telephone and postcode. We need these information so we can confirm your order and let you know when the items which you have ordered will arrive to you. We would also need your credit card details in order to pay for the products online.

Make sure you check the items you want to buy before reserving them.Check their prices and information about the items you want.
Then Reserve your items through the shopping basket and you will recieve an email saying how long the items are held in store and when you can come and collect them
If you are planning on collecting them from your local store, make sure you check that the items are in stock, so you won't need to waste your journey when going to your local store to collect the items you want. You can choose Check & Reserve for the items and they will be ready and held in store for you.
Items which you have chosen will be held for you untill the next working day. You may also order the items online and they will be dispatched to you in 7 working days
